The Last Straw for Williamsburg (pt. 2)

Shot on a Contact TVS III

Back to the argument…

Being a former Apple employee, I have no complaints when a store opens up near me. I actually welcome it. The photos in these posts were taken during the Friends & Family event before the store opened. It was a lovely occasion, getting to see a lot of friends and being back in a community that is nothing but welcoming of all. The neighborhood will get used to the big Apple sign hanging off the red-brick corner building. But like always, there will be haters, to spew the numbers of how this addition is changing a neighborhood. But hell, it happens. History & culture and just that… history. It’s happened to so many generations before us, and it isn’t going to stop happening anytime soon.
